George Bush Center For Intelligence - CIA - Next Right

This is a sign posted by the side of Route 123 in Langley, Virginia.

To be perfectly fair, it is true that former President George H. W. Bush was head of the CIA for 356 days in the late seventies, so I suppose he, as much as anyone, deserves the honor of having had CIA headquarters renamed after him more than twenty years later.

But given public opinion regarding the intelligence of his son, our current President ("I'm goin' to Warshington! Where's muh tennis racket?"), the sign is reliably the best laugh I get all day, every day, for the last month and a half that I've had to drive past it on the way to work.

Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so. As I stood next to my idling car, pointing a camera at the sign, one of the cars buzzing past gave a few quick toots of the horn. I think that it was laughing.
